On Saturday, November 20th, as The Broadway Market kicks-off the Thanksgiving shopping season, enjoy making and taking home a jar of your own cranberry sauce at our 10 a.m. canning class and learn how to prepare fresh Thanksgiving turkey from Camellia Meats’ butcher Eric Arkarberg at 1 p.m. Both classes meet up by Camellia Meats in the rear left (Lombard St. side) corner of the market.
