The City of Buffalo committed this year to open a commercial kitchen in the historic Broadway Market. To help make this kitchen a success, the city is seeking your input.
An objective of the kitchen is small business development. The commercial kitchen will be a licensed kitchen for food trucks, caterers, future food businesses . For potential commercial users, you can find a survey at www.surveymonkey.com/r/XFNGHZJ.
