This workshop is taking place during the Broadway Market’s Apple Festival. Our special price is $25.00 per person (reg. $45.00), and there are 10 spaces available.
In our workshops, we will learn to make phyllo dough, stretch it paper-thin and create your very own perfect Croatian Apple Strudel from scratch.
Each person will take home their own Apple Strudel and babushka (head scarf). We will provide refreshments and homemade lunch. Dessert will be a sampling of our Strudel, paired with a toast with our homemade wine.
